We apply a minimum of two inspection stages to every batch we produce.

Stage one is our Automated Optical Inspection. This machine‑driven process uses a high‑resolution camera system to scrutinise fine‑pitch components and identify any surface‑level defects on the PCB with exceptional accuracy.

Stage two is a manual visual inspection carried out by our trained team, who verify every component before the product is packaged and dispatched.

Beyond these standard checks, we provide tailored testing solutions to meet each client’s specific needs. Our most requested option is functional testing, where we diagnose and resolve any issues affecting the product’s behaviour. This ensures every unit performs exactly as intended. We use advanced test equipment, and our engineers undergo continuous training to stay aligned with the latest industry standards and technologies.

We can also upload or program customer firmware, perform functional verification, or run fully developed ATE procedures using client‑supplied fixtures. Our IPC‑A‑610 certified inspection team works with high‑resolution microscopes and camera systems to maintain the highest level of scrutiny.
